Lot of missing context here...but I wonder: Does the deep part of you want to be doing all you're doing? Asking that Other Self about this might be interesting. The feelings of shame might themselves be a cover for something else, a Perfectly Good Justification. And then: "of course I'm worthy! I'll get through this/do this/be worthy!" I'm starting to suspect that "worthy/not worthy" isn't *relevant* sometimes. Maybe most times. What if that were so?
Your painting is becoming more fluid, more evocative, more emotion-ful. More confident. Creative journeys are a rocky road with only occasional stretches of easy going. And the whole business of enjoy the journey is a crock of happy horse poop (also that saying about "enjoy the journey' came into existence long before we. had to fly thru Heathrow).
