I want to share my creative expression as deeply as I can in all the ways that feels true to me as a human.

I am an oil painter, longboarder and learning to heal through bodywork and touch. This newsletter shares how I came to be more and more comfortable with the choices I choose to make about how I live my life. I am also deeply involved in a wonderful organisation called Foster where we are building a writing collective.
